Booking and cancellation Policy
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due and will be automatically deducted from the card on file 14 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations may be cancelled at any time: however, all payments made are non-refundable, including the down payment and any remaining balances paid. No credits, refunds, or rescheduling will be provided for cancellations, early departures or no-shows. By completing a booking, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Also notable is that failure to follow the check out list and leaving a cabin dirty may result in a $50 cleaning fee.
Pet Policy
Dogs that are house broken, friendly with other dogs and people, and are well-behaved are welcome at Trout Lake Resort. There is a $50 per dog, per stay fee (maximum of 2 dogs per cabin). If damages are incurred due to the pet (i.e. ruined rugs/carpeting, chewed up furniture etc.) we reserve the right to charge for replacing or fixing the damaged items. You are expected to clean up your dog's wastes and dispose of them in the proper containers. If your dog is crate trained and you intend to leave them in the cabin alone, please bring your crate. We are not responsible for any incidents involving your dog that may occur during your stay. If your dog shows aggression towards a person or another dog while at the resort, you may be asked to leave the resort with no compensation for remaining nights.
